6) Buyer signs, stamps and seals contract and sends to seller for his signature, stamp and seal
7) Hard copies of contract are exchanged
8) Buyer's banks issues NON-operative LC
9) Seller's bank issues PB in favour of the buyer to activate LC
10) Shipment begins according to the contract.

DEALS THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
