Procedures:
1. Purchaser sends LOI (Letter of Intent) and BCL (Bank confort Letter) . 2. Salesman sends Draft Contract and FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
3. Draft case approved for the purchaser: Contract is signed by both the parts. 4. POP (Proof of Product) against POF (Proof of Fund). Between the banks. 5. Purchaser emitted Letter of Credit STANDBAY in the total value of the transaction, through a bank of 1º line, OPERATIVE, CONFIRMED, DIVISIVEL, TRANSFERIVEL and IRREGOVAVEL. 6. Salesman all deposits PB (performace bond) in the value of 2,00% (two percent) on the contract for the purchaser. 7. Letter of credit if it becomes after operative deposit it for PB. 8. In the selling embarkment it presents Certified S.G.S., BL (bill of loading)e certifyd of origin. 9. Discounting of Letter of Credit of the Values Referring the embarked amount.
