I am sending you this mail knowing that we have
not met but I want you to read this mail properly
to have a good understanding why I am sending
this mail to you.
This would require honesty, sincerity and
committment to achieve.
The urgency of this project has made this mode of
communication inevitable and I hope you pardon
me.

The Africa Development and Refugee Foundation was
set up to operates a Trust Fund managed by a
board of directors that see to the day to day
running of the foundation.
The financial contributions to the foundation
from contributors for the out going year was far
less than her commitment for last year.

I want to transfer part of this excess funds
legitimately without any risk involved.

This is my reason for sending you this mail so
that we can discuss the modality for its
completion and the need for the process to
conform to all modalities and consistent with all
financial process and procedure both in my
country and yours. I am looking at an amount
about fifteen million United States dollars
(US$15,000,000.00).

Note that I would rather discuss this proposal
with an individual or company.
I expect that you will consider this proposal
most urgently and respond to discuss terms.
