PERFORMANCE BOND: Upon receipt of the pay

the buyer's pay instrument at the seller's bank, seller’s side will send
a regular performance bond for the said amount or a cash performance
agreement addendum for the said amount to the buyer.
PROP. METHOD PAYMENT Payment for the shipment is
to be made by irrevocable, fully funded documentary letter of credit
issued or confirmed by an acceptable major prime bank for the full
contract value payable 100% at sight upon presentation of the shipping
documents to the counter of the seller's bank, shipment by shipment.
