Sellers issue FULL CORPORATE ORDER (FCO) in
favor of the Buyers
Buyers returns FULL CORPORATE ORDER signed and stamped accepting price
and terms of sale and a Ready, Willing and Able letter from the Issuing
Bank of the FFSBLC or B.G. in the amount from a top 25 First –Line Bank,
signed by two duly authorized Bank Officers
Sellers approve and send the draft contract
Buyers approve and sign
the contract and send draft copy of the FFSBLC or B.G. from a top 25
first-line bank
Buyers
open (24 hours later) FFSBLC or B.G., which will activate sellers PG,
such PG will be 2% of the actual amount
Buyers to pay 2% of the total amount of the
contract if buyers fail to perform the total of contract
Seller will commence
document exchange.
