 Can arrange soft offer from end seller, even can arrange FCO. But you can not arrange LOI and BCL from buyer than. Can you arrange?  
If yes tell us the name of end buyer, we arrange FCO.

 Dear Mr Arshad, i have had a bad experiance in once giving the BCL , it was spread all over in dubai market.  
 
i prefer , if possible , give me a FOC including the bank details of the seller, so that i can arragne to provide the funds confirmation.

 I believe this thread is for do a serious business, not for doubting anybody, or blaming to each other.  
 
Every trade has its noms , and every one has to follow them. providing BCL without the FOC is useless and has no reason.  
 
Simple rule, long list of documents shows there is a long line of brokers (no offence t oanyone)
