-Product: Brazilian refined sugar with polarization minimum 99.8 degrees, color maximum 45 ICUMSA units, ash and moisture maximum 0.06 percent  
 
-Quantity: 2,002 Metric Ton (77 FCL’s)- It is possible to increase quantity for the same shipment period.  
 
-Shipment period: May,15th-June,15th/2009.  
 
-Packing: 50 kg polyethylene-lined polypropylene brown bags in containers to be stuffed at the rate of 26 MT/each, or any other rate that Brazilian authorities may authorize  
 
-Delivery terms: FOB Santos,Brazil  
 
-Delivery Option terms: CFR ASWP (without insurance) to be defined by mutual agreement between Seller and Buyer

      30% to be paid in advance in 48h after pro forma emission
