Procedures:
1:- Buyer issues his official LOI (letter of
intent - * Model of the Seller), with full banking coordinates of his
bank account, and authorization to verified funds on his account by the
seller bank, and also issues his bank capacity letter (BCL - * Model of
the Seller). 2:- Seller
issue's draft of contract.
3:- Buyer signs the draft contract and sends it
back to the Seller. 4:-
Seller sign and seal the contract and send it back to the Buyer.
5:- Within the next Two
(2), banking days after step five (5) above Buyer's bank issue and send
the by Swift the MT103/23 (or SBLC), to the Seller's bank in favour of
the seller. 6:- Shipping
begins and vessels leave the port within Twenty five (25) to forty five
(45) days of receive and confirm the MT103/23, at seller’s bank. Buyer
can made a physical inspection together with SGS at the time of loading
of product. 7:- Seller‘s
bank will review and verify the full set of shipping documents and
delivery this full set of shipping documents to the Buyer’s bank, funds
will be released within two (2) banking days after Buyer’s Bank receive
the shipping documents and the shipping documents are verified,
authenticate and be acceptable to the Buyer’s bank.
