DURATION:
QUALITY: Sixty (60) days with possible rolls and
extensions

DELIVERY: CIF
PRICE:
398 $
PAYMENT: Shall be by irrevocable,
confirmable and transferable documentary letter of credit by top 25
bank. The payment after 60 days from delivery quantity to buyer port A
PRE-ADVICE is precondition for 2% PB from sellers banking institution.
PERFORMANCE BOND: PB 2% of the value of the
financial instrument issued by Seller in Buyer’s favor
PROCEDURE: 1. Seller issues FCO on the
letterhead, signed and sealed with current validity
2. Buyer issues ICPO on letterhead, signed and
sealed along with verified L/C text and Bank reference letter
3. Seller issues Draft Contract including
Seller’s full banking information to be signed by Buyer and Seller, soft
copies exchanged,
4. Seller introduces POP and
issues 2% PB
5. Buyer issues LC in favor of
Seller
6. Further steps according to Draft
Contract
FCO valid till 24/5/2008.
