TERMS OF PAYMENT: DLC (DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT), TRANSFERABLE WITH PAYMENT 100% AT SIGHT AGAINST SHIPPING DOCUMENTS LOADING PORT OR BY MT 103 AS PER CONTRACT.
Procedures:
1. Buyer sends full LOI/ICPO + BCL/RWA or with authorization for Soft Probe by Buyer´s Bank.
2. Seller approves the document and emits FCO for the buyer's approval; The Buyer signs FCO and return.
3. Seller receives FCO approval and send the contract of purchase and sale together with MFPA; The Buyer signs contract and return.
4. Buyer and Seller among banks, all of the proofs of product (POF and POP), open payment instruments and PBG 2% on the value pay and follows contract terms.
