We are a consulting company whose business is
concentrated on investment projects in renewable energy, innovations for
the industries, forestry and agriculture and food industry in the
European Union. Our business is focused on the
preparation, management and supervision of investment projects and
financial programs to provide financial resources for implementation of
projects with a guaranteed return and minimal risk. Each program covered
by insurance of the project and insurance of the financial risk to the
investors and provision of guarantees for the investors through
financial instruments. For the needs of our
customers projects bank guarantees are necessary, issued by banks in the
Top 50, which will be purchase on their behalf.
We are interested in bank guarantees with a
value of 3 to 100 Euros. We wish the purchases
to be held in the following procedure:
„...1) If the buyer has MT103, he is stating his
bank details (bank name, bank address, contact telephone number of an
employee for the bank securities) To enable
the seller’s bank to verify the solvency of the buyer (the price of BG +
commission) 2) After verification of the
signature (NCND + IFPMA + contract) After the
signing by the banks in mode “bank to bank" doing an exchange of SWIFT
MT 799's desire for transmission / reception / blocking of BG in SWIFT
MT 760. 3) The buyer's bank does a transfer of
SWIFT MT799 to the seller’s bank. 4) The Bank
of the seller accepts MT799 and makes an application for MT103/23
5) The buyer's bank via SWIFT gives MT103/23
6) The vendor's bank via SWIFT sends MT760 for
the amount requested 7) The seller’s bank
opens MT103 and pays for all stakeholders in the transaction.
8) The purchaser is the owner of MT760 and may
dispose of any commercial operations by 1 year, as the contract can be
negotiated and automatically prolonged to 3-5 years. ...”
…or a similar such procedure.
