- price CIF DUBAI
- payment by BG
- PBG 2%
- penalty clause: 5%(securing the buyer and the seller)
- price is with 2USd/MT commission includede for agents
Procedures:
1) NCND signed by yours and mine company
2) fresh ICPO+BCL issued by the buyer
3) seller will send contract and PI
4) both parts will sign the contract
5) buyer bank will issued one non-operative BG in favor of the seller
6) seller will replay with POP and 2% PBG through his bank in favor of the buyer
7) after veryfication of POP(BL, SGS...) the BG become operative.
8) ships are in the hands of the buyer
