d. Invoice for payment

i. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product  
 
C. When Buyer receive the Pop  
 
D. Buyer’s bank will send D L/C to the Seller’s bank  
 
a. Seller’s bank will send to the Buyer’s bank the final Lifting Schedule  
 
b. Seller’s bank will send 2% Performance Bond to the Buyer’s bank  
 
c. First delivery will take place within 30 days  
 
 
 
Our first contract will be valid for 12 months and could be prolonged, or re-newed- for other 12 months periods.  
 
NB In case the destination port cannot receive vessels of 50.000 MT, all needed transshipments has to be arranged by the Buyer, and paid from the Buyer’s account
