sent a formal invitation to the signing of the main contract in Moscow
(or subsidiaries of OAO Gazprom). Upon arrival at the signing of the
main contract with the personal meeting with the seller must provide and
make all other documents on the model and conditions of OAO Gazprom.

documents in Russian, with assurance of each page of translation by the
notary.
9. The letter with oil refinery, that
the head will conclude within 5 days, after signing of the contract with
the buyer, the contract on monthly reception of crude oil in volume
_____ ìò., for a year _____ ìò., its storage and processing3.
(1) - Giving of
correctly issued documents reduces to a minimum time for contract
registration on purchase and sale of declared production from joint
stock company "Gazprom". Samples of documents are given on demand.
(2) - On crude oil not less than 1.000.000 ÌÒ,
on D2 not less than 500.000 MT/month, on natural gas not less than
1.000.000.000 cubic m./month Variants of monthly volumes: from 500 000
tons to - without restrictions.
(3) - Only for
oil.
