WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR

CLEAR FOR BUYER AND SELLER
PROCEDURES:
1. Buyers
issues an ICPO with soft Probe and BCL or RWA
2.
Seller Issues an FCO
3.
Buyer signs and Return FCO
4. Seller Issues the
'SPOT' CONTRACT to Buyer to
Sign and Return.
Contract is signed by both seller and buyer and
each
receives copy and
contracts are lodged at buyer and seller bank officers.
-- Buyer
requests that
FCO & CONTRACT be sent at the same time so
to
expedite
the process -- this is not a
requirement, just a
suggestion
(4a) Seller bank send conditional POP TO Buyer
bank
5. Buyer
instructs
his bank to issue conditional POF MT103/23 to
seller's designated
bank on bank-bank level
6. Seller bank after verifying the POF
authenticity,
then SENDS their
'FULL' POP to Buyer's bank on bank-bank level

TITLE, The DEED of OWNER-SHIP to Buyer or his nominated party's
name
and present the
pertaining documents to Buyer's bank. Payment
effects
through Swift wire Transfer within one
(1) banking day to
seller's
designated bank.

Procedures:
1. NCNDA / IMFPA, ARE ISSUED AND
SIGNED BY BUYER AND TWO> BANK
OFFICERS AND NOTARIZED THE BUYER
SIGNATURE.
2. Buyer
shall submit letter of intent (LOI) or ICPO and>
affidavit
for authorization of funds
verification, BCL or RWA along with
a
company profile: Lifting scheduled to be
determined.
3. Seller
provides full corporate offer including proof of> product.
4. Upon
acceptance of
the FCO by the Buyer, Seller sends> draft
contract to the
buyer, for review.
5. Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions
of the>
sales purchase
contract, Buyer signs the contract and return to the Seller,
as
executed contrac
6. Not later than 3 Banking days Buyer sends
Conditional SWIFT MT 103
Field 23 and which shall be payable against Counter
Bank Guarantee>
provided
by the Seller. If it is a 12 month contract, an
RDLC will be
utilized.
7. No later than 15 days Seller transfers
allocation of> product to
Buyer as per contract
and lifting
schedule..
8. Shipment commences as per the agreed schedule.
9. Delivery
Guarantee:
The delivery of the Product is Guaranteed by: ICC.
