After price 625/615 is accepted by buyer,

1- XXXX Issues IPO / IMFPA / NCND to Buyer. IPO is returned signed with signed FINAL IMFPA/NCND and ICPO with soft probe.

2. Seller issues notarized attestation by state ministry of justice/independent chamber of commerce/seller’s bank confirming availability of product to be allocated to buyer

3. The Buyer issues letter endorsed by Buyer’s bank confirming with full responsibility that Buyers Bank will swift RDLC/MT103 immediately after POP is verified and all documents and certificates in order as well as verification of Tank Storage Nos.
4. Seller sends Contract to be evaluated and signed by Buyer. Original Hard copies issued and exchanged by courier to be sent to all party’s office address within a week of signatory.

5. Ownership and titles of the product are transferred to the Buyer simultaneously after all amendments / all XXXXX ministerial and agency re-registration by buyer. Transaction passport to be issued to buyer directly by seller’s bank.

6. Sellers Bank swift POP and Tank Storage Numbers including all relevant documents and certificates to Buyers Bank for verification.

7. Seller shall send by e-mail to Full Power Mandate through his representative scanned copy of the swift in maximum two (2) hours after original was sent by Sellers Bank.

8. Buyers’ Bank verifies authenticity of documents and if confirmed and accepted buyer’s bank swifts RDLC/T103 to Sellers Bank.

9. Buyer’s Bank releases payment to Sellers Bank and to be re-redirected to all Paymasters Bank accounts simultaneously by SWIFT RDLC/MT103

We have five separate primary contacts wishing to sell SLCO, two of the contact wish to sell 20 M BBL, two contacts wish to sell M BBL, and one contacts wishes to sell 35 M BBL. Sellers are willing to negotiate a purchase, and make arrangements for one year to five year contracts.
Interseted parties must be able to provide a LOI, ICPO or Provide FCO.
