PROCEDURES CIF
1. Buyer confirms soft offer and issues ICPO, BCL with soft probe permission.

2. Seller's issues full corporate offer.

3. Buyer signs and returns the full corporate offer within 3(three) banking days with acceptance letter.

4. Seller's issues draft contract to the buyer signed, open for amendments.

5. Buyer returns signed draft contract.

6. Seller's issues a partial proof of product

7. Both parties exchange hard copy contracts via courier. Both parties lodge contracts in respective
banks.

8. Buyers bank issues proof of funds, sellers bank replies with a full POP

9. Buyers bank issues a transferable divisible documentary letter of credit, seller's bank replies with
the 2% performance bond.

10. Delivery commence as scheduled

Please note the above procedures are those of the refinery and are not open to any unreasonable
negotiation.

Only orders accompanied with soft POF and correctly addressed will be taken seriously.
