To begin with, E comes
from one of the largest family owned international trading companies in
the U.S. For generations, E has specialized in elite international
business trades with major countries such as: China, Europe, Israel, and
the U.S. (E does not work with brokers but exclusively with sellers and
agent buyers). Currently, E is an exclusive representative of the
Chinese power station, looking to find potential suppliers of MAZAUT
M-100 FUEL OIL (GOST 10585/75).
E' approach to international trade is extremely personable and

representative will be traveling to you in order to ensure the
legitimacy and security of our business agreement.
In order to gain qualification, the potential
company must provide E with official documents from the government
including:
a) Copy of License to
export issued by the Ministry of Energy.
b) Copy
of Approval to export issued by the Ministry of Justice.
c) Copy of statement of availability of the
product, specifications (see attachment).
Once these conditions are satisfied, the LOI and ICPO will be addressed
to the company. However, without these required documents, no further
action will be made with the potential company.
