We are looking for a supplier of D2 from Venezuela or Gulf of Arabia. Please take a look at the details from the ICPO. Provide us with a soft offer ASAP.

Commodity: D2 Gas Oil
Origin: Arabian Gulf or Venezuela
Quantity: 600,000MT
Terms: 50,000MT x 12months
Delivery: CIF – South Africa and Mozambique (approx. 30,000MT/month and approx. 20,000MT/month respectively)
Payment: Confirmed Irrevocable, Letter of Credit issued by PRIME BANK. 100% Payment at Sight on arrival of vessel at discharge port.
Per. Bond: The seller will provide 2% performance bond to be activated by the Buyer’s LC.
Inspection: By a reputable independent surveyor such as SGS or Say bolt at the port of loading the Cost of Inspection at port of loading is to the account of the seller.
Lifting: First lifting will be within 10 days upon receipt of Letter of Credit.

Upon acceptance of your soft offer by the buyer. I will send you the NCNDA followed by the BCL and ICPO from the buyer.
