Dear Sirs,
Please see gold
buying procedure required by our seller:
Gold
procedure:
1.) We must get an idea what they want
to buy and if the price we are
offering is
acceptable because apart from that there is no need
proceeding. Please provide LOI
We can only supply 50kg every 21 days i.e 50kg
every month.
At a price of 3% less LME daily
price.
2.) I can then get them a draft contract
so study
3.) If satisfactory, both parties sign
the contract.
4.) The Seller will get a PMMC form
which costs $1000.
This will be sent to the buyer
as both buyer and seller have
to fill in their
details confirming details of the contract, bank
details, and their intention to deal via PMMC.
The signed form
is returned to PMMC.
5.) Then based on the contract the buyer to
deposits
X amount in PMMCs designated account.
6) PMMC confirms to the seller recepit of the
funds to cover
gold purchases. The seller then
deposits the gold with PMMC
for assaying and
delivery to the seller, within a time frame specified
under terms of the contract.
7.) PMMC deliver the Gold to the plane to fly out
of Ghana. Once on
board the aircraft (KLM is does
this service), the gold is under the
juridiction
of the buyer. The designated courier, be it KLM, would
deliver the gold to the buyer port of preference.
i.e the buyer pays for courier cost from Ghana to
their destination
port. They would pay a courier
company directly (DHL, Fedex) to conduct this service.
8) The gold package will contain all assaying
detaills and papers of
ownership.
9) Once the Buyer receives the gold and all
checks out PMMC would
release the funds to the
seller.
Basically, the buyer will pay funds into
PMMC's New York account at City Bank. Based on this the
seller knowing that funds have been demonstrated
will deliver the gold to PMMC who will assay it
and ship it to The Buyer. Once the buyer has
received the gold and it fits the terms of the
contract then PMMC releases the payment to the
seller. This is the only way and most reliable way legitimate gold
trading is done with Ghana.
