Inspection:                              By SGS, Certificate of quality and quantity, radioactivity and all  
Shipping documents listing in contract.  
PB: 2% PB                                                                                                        OPERATION PROCEDURES  
1. Buyer issues ICPO directed to Ansad P  
2. Seller issues FCO, buyer’s return with acceptance letter sign and seal.  
3. Seller issues draft contract open for amendment,  
4. Buyer and Seller signs and seals to confirm with electronic signature along with  
POP from sellers bank. Contracts are to be lodged into bank respectively with  
AVALIABILITY OF PRODUCTS.  
1, Copy of the Export License,  
2. Copy of the Storage License  
3. Copy of bank Swift POP confirmation for delivery  
4. Copy of the refinery Commitment to produce the  
Product.  
5. Copy of statement of availability of the product  
6. Charter party agreement.  
5. Buyer issues SBLC to Seller’s Bank  
 
6. Seller issues full POP to buyer’s bank and send by courier all endorsed by  
Ministry justice and Russia notarized hard copy.  
7. Seller’s bank issues operative 2% PB to buyer’s Bank.  
8. Shipment commence as scheduled in contract.
