I have been registered as your trust’s associate for almost a two year. I have been reading regularly  your  Web site  with  details methods of funding .  Fully understood these, and in consideration of the condition  in financing and borrowing by project owners in International I am writing today to inquire for your opinion and instruction before I would start with proposal of our clients portfolio several projects requesting for different funding methods offered by your investment institutes.  
 
Our group international  is composed of several companies in different areas:  production, Gold jevellery, Gold refinery,Solar power electric, construction, tourism, farming, real estates and international finance fund management .  The group also has its own  consulting companies  and centers throughout the country,and international, thus we have a wide array of clients who are in need of your funding services. I am principal right holder have very good experience I work since 1960 international.Specialist loan,funds,bank instruments,PPP,MTNs,and international finance for clients projects.  
 
There are some concept of conflicts of works in providing your services to our client:  
 
You have mentioned in your briefing correspondence that you accept international consultant assist your program.Many of the project owners in several countries (or borrowers )do not have any knowlegde of financing, of international banking business . If we do not work as their POA agent then nothing will happen .  
 
Secondly, if ON THE ONE HAND we are the consultant/ or broker to companies, ON THE OTHER HAND  will we qualify to be the borrower for our own group financing plans?  
 
Thirdly, if we borrow for our own companies , shall  we enjoy the reduction of some fees for consultants/ brokers .  
 
Let us inform you how the  relation are established in our business environment here:  
 
We are operating  some small investment funds ( approx. 100 million ) to provide seed money to some projects, to advance international  financing fee required by institutes similar to your group , sometimes we are major shareholders in these projects (40-50% ) sometimes minority (10 -20 pct).  
 
In the process of funding the entire projects which we do not want to finance seed money or  to hold a stake in such company , because of management matter , not because of feasibility or profit reasons,  so we become their consultant/mentor in obtaining international funding.  
 
I also prefer always direct with principals with your finance institutes,I would be happy to cary our my business exclusive trust consultant agent for your finance institutes,If I get your exclusive representative I would get more strong clients  portfolio transfer to your firm, my working policy availability private invitation authorized by borrowers/ clients agreed 1% up to 5% percent fee basis
