JASMIN RICE (THAI FRAGRANT RICE)or BASMATI RICE
Both these varieties are an aromatic rice with a
flavor which is slightly less pronounced
LONG
GRAIN WHITE RICE
This is one of the most popular
types of rice because it has a subtle flavor which
perfectly complements both rich and delicate
sauces...
PARBOILED (EASY-TO-COOK) (ALSO CALLED:
PRE-FLUFFED RICE)
Nearly as popular as regular
white rice, this variety has a slightly fuller flavor
CARGO RICE - BROWN LONG GRAIN RICE (WHOLE GRAIN
RICE)
Enjoyed for its distinctly nutty flavor,
brown rice undergoes only minimal milling which
removes the husk but retains the bran layer...
GLUTINOUS RICE (SWEET OR STICKY RICE)
Although called glutinous, this rice is
gluten-free like all rice!
BROKEN RICE
Broken rice of one percentage or another is the
most requested. We mill according to the specifications of the buyer.
Nothing is left to chance or waste

Packing
and Private Labeling and Shipping
Riceland has
innovated in three critical areas.
1. We package
custom to the order of our clients.
2. We have
the capacity and encourage our customers to consider private labeling to
help establish their own brand and reduce their own costs and increase
profits.
3. We are one of the only companies to
permit “mixed” shipments. This allows a customer who is growing, to ship
partial shipments of one kind of rice with another kind of rice. No
other company we are aware of does this.
