We have just been awarded a contract to supply Rice to the African country-Niger.

Would you provide us your best price CIF for monthly shipment of 12,500 metric tons Thailand Rice(50% of this quantity we need 10% broken and the other 50% quantity - 25% broken rice) and 12,500 MT Pakistan Rice (50% of this quantity we need 10% broken and the other 50% quantity - 25% broken rice)for a period of 12 months. (i.e., 25,000MT (Thai and Pakistan Rice combined) x 12 months is the total requirement)
