Inspection: SGS at loading port, at seller’s expense and all international documents that are required.
Documentation: Certificates: SGS, Quality, Quantity, Origin, Insurance, Radiation and Health Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing list, Shipper’s Export Declaration and others to the international requirements
Validity of our offer: December 18 , 2003

Delivery terms: from 30 to 45 days after the prepayment (depends on the
Quantity and destination) with deferred shipments like 12500 x86 shipments
Payment terms: 100% payment at sight by an irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, divisible Letter of Credit in favour of our principals, whose details will be furnished once the price is acceptable to the committee.
