if you could meet the demand bellow,  
   
Our partners is a major Trading 'old' house in sale and purchase of steel and scrap rails.  
RE: C & F Alexandria/ Egypt basis for 50,000x12 month. price $220 including $2 commission my side  
Contract signature for 1 year with rollovers and that the rails should be cut in lengths of 1.5 meters.  
We should  like to put everything in an order upfront for our acceptable  buying  conditions  as these are mandatory  - being  dictated by  
our buyers Bankers who will  finance this deal, pls note  we can  accept that :  
1) - the contract  will be signed for the total quantity  in part  shipments of  55,000tons  
     monthly  
2) - purchase will be done  on CIF Egyptian port basis  
3) - payment  will be effected  by 100% L/C  basis  and this  L/C will  be opened  after our  bankers receive and  accept Sellers bankers  
     confirmation that they will establish the contracted 2% PBond on the value of the  particular shipment as soon as they receive each  L/C.  
4) -after  signature  of this  contract  and before establishment of the L/C and PBond,  
     Buyers or Buyers authorized Representative will visit Sellers site to verify existence of goods  for at least  2shipments.  
     If   Buyers do not see or witness the aforementioned  quantities, Sellers will  
     refund Buyers transport and accommodation  expenses  incurred in this  visit.
