Starting Point.
We will only concentrate only on real buyer's needs.We will only reply to request for commodities , only if you have a LOI with a veriable banking informations and a BCL. Unfortunatly an LOI alone without a BCL is not sufficient to start a FCO transaction. Our experience 99% of LOI's that came without a BCL have turned out to be a waste of time for everyone involved.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Effective immediately , we do not give soft prices. Real Commodity buyers know the going market price and should give us their Target Price.
Our prices are usually the lowest worldwide, as we ship direct from
the source and deal in huge quantities.This gives us a major competitive edge over other sellers.
IN ORDER TO BETTER SERVE YOU,
1. We request a LOI (Letter of Intent) from the direct buyers, on buyers letterhead.stamp and seal.

2 Also a BCL ( BANK CAPABILITY LETTER ) on bank's stationary is needed to give buyers our very best price.

We understand you being tired of dealing with chains of brokers , the same way sellers want to deal with direct or end buyers mandate. All to safe time and effort. Since your the buyer you know proffessionaly the first step of seriousness to make to clear doubt about your intentions. If we get the LOI & BCL We will send you past performance, FCO, DRAFT CONTRACT and follow international procedures to supply scrap metal.

Upon receipt of both the buyers LOI and BCL showing that the buyer has the funds to purchase the product,We will expedite the
transaction in the most courteous and professional way.

Procedure:

1-The Buyer issues a fresh LOI with a BCL (not old than 4 days) to the Seller
2- The Seller confirms and issues FCO to the Buyer
3- The Buyer signs/seals FCO and returns to the Seller
4- The Seller issues Draft Contract to buyer
5- The Buyer signs/seals contract and returns to the seller by fax & email.
6- The Seller signs/seals the contract and returns to the buyer. Hard copies will be sent by
Express courier to buyer for signature.
7- After signing contract, buyer opens a swift MT799 in favor of the seller
8- At receipt, seller provides POP (Proof of Product) bank-to-bank and yard visit
9- Buyer opens a non-operative DL/C which will be activated by 2% PB (Performance
Bond) from seller’s bank
10- Shipments commence to port of destination.
