Packing:

Delivery Schedule: Seller to
specify completion of total quantity and first shipment from date of
confirmed LC in Seller's account.
Inspection: SGS
by Seller. Any other independent international inspection company (such
as CIQ and CCIC) would be used at Buyer's expense if desired, and would
not be recognized as part of the payment documents.
Payment Terms:
1)
Irrevocable, Revolving, Transferable or Non-Transferable (Add 4usd/mt
for non-transferable LC), Confirmed Documentary LC payable in US
Dollars, 100% at sight of shipment within 7 days of the contract signing
from a Top 25 World bank
2) BG Letter
3) T/T
Required Documents
for Payment:
The Seller shall provide with each
consignment a full set (6/6) Clean on Board Ocean Bill of Loading signed
by an authorized representative of the shipping line, signed by the
Master and showing vessels stamp and showing 'CLEAN ON BOARD', following
masters remark are acceptable: Wet before shipment: Loaded from open
area: Atmospherically rusty within 21 (twenty-one) days from date of
payment. Provided port of discharge is the same and segregation of
separate consignments is the responsibility of buyer after unloading,
each full vessel may be comprised of multiple consignments representing
separate orders.
Commercial invoice issued by
seller: 6 originals and 6 original copies showing Contract Number,
description of goods, pieces of bundles of goods, unit price, total
amount, gross/net weights of the goods.
Standard
Quality Certificate issued by SGS in triplicate certifying that the
shipment meets the quality requirements of the Contract. The chemical
analysis data is not included in the Standard SGS Quality Certificate
and this chemical analysis is not a required document for payment. If
CIQ/CCIC is required by the Buyer then Seller shall arrange all Quality
inspections at Buyer's expense from CIQ/CCIC excluding the port of
unloading. A Quality Certificate from CIQ/CCIC is not a required
document for payment.
Quantity assay issued by
SGS in triplicate, showing the quantity of the goods loaded on board
vessel. If CIQ/CCIC is required by the Buyer then Seller shall arrange
all Quantity inspections at Buyer's expense from CIQ/CCIC excluding the
port of unloading. A Quantity Assay from CIQ/CCIC is not a required
document for payment.
Original certificate of
origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country of
export: 3 originals and 3 original copies.
PBG
Guarantee: 2% operative PG Bond to be issued by Seller.
Note: Buyer always posts inactive LC first. If
the LC is active, my seller bank will give letter of readiness to buyer
bank saying that the seller will post 2% BP after the buyer issues his
active LC. My seller will never post 2% PB first.
Procedures and terms:
Buyer sends fresh LOI with fresh BCL, or at least
with complete banking coordinate and permission of a soft probe.
Seller issues draft contract.
The buyer must provide all information required
in the contract and sign the contract and send it back. The Seller will
sign the contract and will send back to the buyer via email with hard
copy documents via courier service.
Seller will
provide 2% Performance Bond of the contract/ LC value (as stipulated in
clause 5 & 6) to the buyer within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of
the Non Operative L/C from buyer, and the said 2% Performance Bond in
favor of buyer makes the non operative L/C active automatically.
(note):After the non-operative L/C is issued, the
seller issues POP as follows:
- Previous Shipping
Documents for multiple shipments (sanitized)

Previous SGS reports for the above shipping documents (sanitized)
- Previous Bill of Lading (sanitized)
The First shipment will commence no later than 45
(forty-five) days from date issued of the operative Letter of Credit
with expected arrival. The remaining consignments will be shipped in
each 30 (thirty) days.
Payment for each
consignment shall be effected within 3 (three) banking days after
receipt by the Sellers Bank of all documents required for payment.
Special arrangements (if requested by the buyer -
optional):
1. Buyer will need to issue a Bank
Readiness Letter according to the format and text provided by seller.
Once this is issued, the buyer will be provided with a site visit and
bank-to-bank POP. AQSIQ certificate will be available for viewing during
the site visit.
2. Upon returning from site
visit, buyer will have 3 banking days to open the non-operative LC
according to the contract in favor of the supplier. Supplier will then
issue operative 2% PB to activate the LC. Delivery will commence within
30-45 days.
