Technology, Citibank, Singapore.

LONG TERM HMS:

We can supply more than 1.2 - 2.4 Millions MT a year - Minimum 30K
MT per month month.

we can offer HMS 1-2 :
12 x 30k - $199.50 any commission to be added on top.
12 x 100k - $ 197 any commission to be added on top.

If shipment is for china then the price will increase by another $3 as
our cost

Payment by confirmed transferable revolving l/c.
If payment is by non - transferable l/c. The price will increase by $5.
PB will come after bank letter of readiness, before non operative LC.

This is real seller with real stock ,the prices are not low because
it's a real stock , not like the many on the internet who only waste
buyer's time and give low prices for fake stock - we need only serious
buyers for this deals because we can't lose this seller.

The seller have the AQSIQ number.

Buyers please send LOI + BCL and we will send the contract
immediately.

LONG TERM USED RAILS :
for the Used Rails we are offering this procedure , only for for
Steel Mills or their Authorized purchasing Mandate ( as Buyers ) ,
Seller does not want to deal with the trading companies :

1. Steel Mills or their authorized purchasing mandate sends the LOI
with full banking co-ordianates with softprobe authorization in favor
of the seller . If the purchasing mandate submits LOI it should be
accompanied by authorization letter from the steel mill
2. Seller issues the draft contract for review
3. Seller and Steel mill sign the contract
4. Steel Mill or their authorized purchasing Mandate sends POF or BLR
via SWIFT ( the buyer can send BCL with the LOI and it will be POF )
5. Steel Mill receives POP (including seller/ partner yard AQSIQ
registration number) via SWIFT
6. Steel Mill posts an non-operative,transferable, revolving L/C
7. Seller posts 1% Non-operative Performance Bond before opening of LC
and remaining 1% PBG will be posted to activate the L/C received in
Seller’s bank.
8. Shipment commences and Steel mills visit the site or the Loading
port.

You can see by this procedure that this deal is 100% real and safe.

Price for Rails : 12 x 50 K monthly - $ 205 PMT CIF ASWP.
12 x 100 K monthly - $ 201 PMT CIF ASWP.

for used rails most important is that the paperwork comes from the real
mandate or the mill directly.
