Packing:
The goods shall be packed in 50Kgs net new white woven PP outside and PE inside bags. Minimum tare weight of PP bag is 150 gram, double stitching at mouth and bottom bags, suitable for rough handling and sea transportation. 2% of empty marked bags supplied free of charge. Special printing as requested by Buyer to be agreed upon presentation by Buyer of detailed art, and color printing scheme

Price
US$ 150.00 per MT for prilled and US$ 160.00 per MT for granular, on CIF basis inclusive of freight & insurance.

Commission
US$ 3.00 per MT commission is payable to the broker/intermediary for the Buyer side.

Payment
By Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving LC issued or confirmed by prime bank to the amount of monthly quantity.

Performance Bond
Seller to provide 2%

Inspection
SGS or equivalent at the loading port.

Tentative Loading
Product is available for lifting in January 2005
