I can :- a) Carry out the initial feasibility studies (b) Provide management skill (c) Employ labour (d) Provide advice on tax and financial laws (e) Secure all necessary registrations and approvals for the successful take-off business.
I shall consider an arrangement wherein You provide the Liquid Capital while I provide Management Skill,Labour and Fixed Capital – Site. Whatever we agree on finally shall determine how we are to share profit, I humbly suggest.
