METAL PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer sends LOI

Seller sends a draft contract with full details. And FCO.
3. Buyer returns signed draft contract (with
amendments if required)
4. PAYMENT TREMS: wire
transfer T/T 100% with international bank guarantee
5. Seller signs contract (with amendments if
required) and returns the signed contract to buyer
6. Vessel is nominated within 5-7 days after the
both parties have the contract is well signed for the both parties
7. Loading and shipment begins within 3 days
from confirmations after the date of signing contract and legalized in
the seller Ministry of justice Benin Buy the buyer.
8. A visit to the yard can be arranged.
9. The Import have a very right to visit for the
laoding of the goods in the port of the seller.
12. Any SGS inspection fees and Certificate Bone by the seller,
13. The Charges for the cutting bone by the
buyer; $ 10.00 per metric ton.
14. payments
for the cutting will not be paid to the seller Bank Account , but the
cutting company bank account direct from the buyer .
15. No price should add with Cutting Charges .
16. Insurance , SGS,
Inspections Report, Certificate of Origin, Certificate or ownership,
loading Charges , transportation, Certificate of quantity, Certificate
Of Quanlty all the fees will be Bone by the seller,
