There is a big demand in HMS1/2 these days so make quick desicion and urgent transactions.
As per today, Updated prices and new terms for softer procedures, as follows:
HMS 1+2 (CIS-Black Sea Ports)price for 12 month contract is USD185/pmt .
Used Rail (CIS-Black sea Ports) price for 12 month contract is USD190/pmt.
Steel Billets (UKR Origin-Port Odessa) price for x12 month contract USD342/pmt .
Iron Ore Peruvian/Inidan/Brazilian : pls specify grades , quantity etc
Delivery 6-8 weeks.
If the order is for spot of less than 50,000MT, then add USD10/pmt to above.
For new LOI's coming, please tell them of our new procedure and price.
This price is valid for contracts SIGNED before December 2004.
After that, we will get new price from bank holding the allocation.

*For Iron Ore you must add Singot鈥檚 commission aprox $.50/mt. Iron Ore is available with CNF terms depending on your quantity and timeframe. If your Iron Ore customer is looking for future purchase, you should reserve now as the Loading port in Brazil is under tight constraints.

CNF, CIF prices have increased for all commodities in the past few weeks due to the cost of oil. If you purchase FOB the shipping cost will go down if oil prices decrease.

Listed quotes have Class A terms. Any given quote is valid for 3 days only and is subject to change without notice, unless a contract is registered with the seller. Then the price is locked for the whole contract duration.

There are several origins available seller will designate.

All suppliers are AQSIQ registered. Registration number provided on the Invoice.

Terms are NON NEGOTIABLE:

Scrap Yards will not allow LC to be released on delivery. Trying to get these terms is unrealistic. We will not look for these terms as it is a waste of time.

We accept Transferable LC鈥檚 only. This is because if an LC is issued directly, the Scrap Yard will only pay back 3 dollars combined commission to all brokers involved. With a Transferable LC we commission back whatever amount is marked up over the agreed price.

LOI and contract must be issued for amount minus commission.

Performance Bond is 2%.

Our company is a US Corporation. Our offices are available for visit before any during any contract term. Our terms are the most reasonable and straight forward in the industry and they are Non Negotiable.

Make sure buyer is RWA before issuing LOI. LOI forms are different depending on the seller.

2004年，3月 20日华企投资公司陈总裁委托其代表朱国庆携带邯郸钢铁集团公司进出口公司的书面委托书+LOI等乘飞机来上海，要求我公司在全球寻找铁矿砂，铁矿石粉矿资源；一需要求购；二需要去投资或合资，朱并代表其公司与我公司签订中介有偿*(3RMB/MT)服务协议书若干；
我公司业务人员经与全世界各供货商展开业务洽谈：
我业务人员与巴西上海总领事及朱首席译官等进行了委托；
有上海OFFICE*CVRD的（黄）（照）（木呈）先生(台湾人种)给我公司不少于5-8个电话，讯问：1---是谁家需要货？2---是谁家想去巴西投资矿？。。。
考虑到信任他，我方如实向他告知详情。
可是：4月，20日，黄先生却与他的头悄然去了邯郸钢厂，号称68-66USD/MT CNF 向邯郸钢厂供货；
又闻《中国冶金报》本年报道：CVRD已与邯郸钢厂签了几年的买卖合同，每年销售量近10，000，000MT；
我们却被甩开了，这是今年本行业最大的丑闻吧？！证人有邯郸钢厂进出口公司的高金龙等,证人还有：陈红梅小姐，巴西瑞吉祥先生及他的老板；
