3) Package and shipment:
a) Bundle weight, bundle size and bundle quantity shall be given in the stock report or packing list including bundle number and weight per bundle.
b) The bundle weight should be with minimum 7 metric tons and maximum 9 metric tons +/- 500 kilograms.
c) The Steel Billets are to be neatly bundled and secured with iron wire or straps, provided with adequate lifting hooks.

4) Inspection:
The Quality and Quantity/Weight of the Hot Rolled Steel Billet will be confirmed by a certificate issued by the independent international survey company SGS.

5) Quantity:
15,000 MT and possibly increase to 25,000 tons depending on the price

Delivery Terms

Nominations, Shipment & Procedures

a) Buyer and Seller sign contract Agreement
b) Buyer and Seller will exchange their Banking Co-ordinates; each shall deposit a copy of this Agreement with their Bank.
C). The Seller allows the buyer to see the Prove of Product (POP)
D). Buyer indicating to release BG or LC to Seller as soon as he confirmed Prove of Product (POP), SELLER chartered vessel in buyers name and will release Q88 and CPA in Buyer's name.
E). Seller load and the vessel sealed to Buyers destination.
F). Buyer's vessel sealed to the destination
G). At the point of Buyer's Port or Tank Farm Buyer release fund to Seller by wired transfer.

The bonnie light crude is only offered and delivered to the refinery, if you have a PO from the refinery, we can forward it to the Saudi or UAE for you, the buyers and seller will settle the deals themself, but your commissions will be covered.
