accepts our offer by sending back to us the LOI with full banking

2. Seller issues the FCO and draft
contract and buyer reply with changes if any.

Buyer and seller sign contract by fax or e-mail and hard copy by
courier.
4. Buyer issues Documentary Letter of
Credit within 5 banking days from signature of the contract.
5. Seller to issues 2% performance bond upon
receipt and acceptance of the L/C.
6. Shipments
commence as per contract.

2) Seller send there Draft

4) buyer opens a non -operative LC
5) Seller issue 2% PBG to activate the LC
6) seller gives POP from Bank to Bank
7) Buyer can visit the Yard
8) Buyer can take the original photos at the yard
9) Buyer can send his representative at the
loading port
