Our best
offer is USD 70/mt CIF China. For this we require LOI with BCL .We do
not issue 2% PB before buyer issue non operative LC as this is not
standard procedure. We are UK based company and our seller is 100%
reliable
as we have been doing business with him
for years. There is no chain of brokers and we are direct to seller. We
are serious minded businessmen and do not do something
which is out of the norm
If you still want to go ahead we will then send
you the specs. The BLs or SGS certificate or proof of previous shipments
