months. Price - Usd 152 PMT, CIF, China.
Payment terms: 3 months BG/SBLC. valid for 13.5
months. The BG will be used for the Last 3
months The payment terms for the first 9 months,
The BG or SBLC is unconditional and
transferable. Monthly delivery of products for
first 9 months will be paid by TT/DLC.
Pls provide the LOI+BCL to go further & lock the
price & the Qty, as the seller is receiving many LOI's & BCl's at the
moment they are first considering the big Qty's

Quantity: 1,52,000 (Min) and 10,50,000 (Max)
Metric Ton /Month Duration: 12 months (minimum)
with extension Price: USD 142,00 C per Dry
Metric Ton CIF ASWP Packing: Bulk
Payment:
The Buyer will initiate the execution of the
contract by issuing a BG or SBLC worth 3 months delivery of products
with validity for 13.5 months (issued by top 50 world banks in USA,
Europe or other country approved by seller), which will be used to pay
last 3 months shipment of the first 12 months contract. The BG or SBLC
is unconditional and transferable. Monthly delivery of products for
first 9 months will be paid by TT/DLC.
Inspection: SGS/CIQ/CCIC to determine quality &
quantity at the loading port. Only SGS inspection cost to be borne by
the SELLER at the loading port. CIQ/CCIC, if requested by the BUYER, the
cost to be borne by the BUYER.
P. Bond: After received acceptable payment
instrument from Buyer, the Seller will issue a Performance Bond 2% of
the value of the Letter of Credit in the form of Corporate Performance
Bond to be issued by seller backed by SBLC.
3. BRAZIL IRON ORE 64.5%
Product: Iron ore fines 64,5% Origin: Brazil.
Quantity: 150'000 MT to 600'000 MT per Month,
cost, insurance, and freight (CIF), incoterms 2000.
Price per metric ton: U$D 130.00 per MT CIF.
Payment terms: Buyer
shall establish 100% Fully Funded-SBLC, on the total value of contract,
according to the London Short Term 3034. It is
required LOI, Soft Probe and NCND signed & sealed.
