buyer's bank issues a pre advise letter

for the POP and the previous B/L copies in order to issue the LC then
the
our seller's bank will issue the necessary
documents bank to bank. This is due to
Non
Disclosure agreement that we have signed already.
Performance Guarantee will be provided at 2% by
our seller
