60/70 to any Asian Port at the rate of 420 /- USD/MT. Minimum order
quantity is 5000MT and the commodity will be shipped from any Russian
port.
Contract Length: 12 MONTHS
You can sign contract for 12 months and if you
are satisfied with the first shipment you can proceed further for 11
months.
The bitumen is a
bi product of SALCO(Saudi Light Crude Oil) and
adheres to SASO standards.
Inspection can be arranged after the LC is operative.
SGS inspection will be provided at sellers expense.

PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer sends an LOI or ICPO with banking detail and permission for
soft probe
2. Seller receives and issue FCO
3. Buyer receives FCO, counter FCO proving acceptance of the term as in
FCO and returns signed FCO to seller
4 Seller issue Draft
Purchase Agreement open for amendment and any areas of interpretation
needed are resolved by Buyer and seller and final contract signed
5. Both parties lodged contract with respective banks.
6. Buyer's bank issues confirmed, Irrevocable, revolving DLC OR BG
from a top 25 World Bank Payable at sight
7. 5 Days later Seller issues Performance Bond 2% to activate buyers
DLC.
8. Seller issues
Charter Party and delivery schedule.
9.Seller presents verifiable storage tank
receipts and all appropriate documents at the counters of buyer's bank.
10. Upon receiving the ownership title and pertaining documents and
receipt of product by buyer, buyer's bank pays for 100% of the value of
the commodity by swift wire transfer (MT103) directly to our designated
bank account .
11. Deliveries made in accordance with contract
terms and conditions
Buyer must be privy of the above Procedure and
must accept prior to his ICPO or BCL as to avoid any confusion later.
