I am giving info to garlic importers that
Egyptian red and white garlic on March season is now ready to receive
new contacts. Red garlic, which is chinese garlic
of Egyptian origin. Recommendable to long lasting period, natural
weather dry (hot summer in Egypt). Drying time before export begins
March 10 -15 after harvest. Exportation starts April (1st week) for the
early crop, and garlic exports up to June 04.
Product, stem cut 2cm max. sizes: from 45 and
