Call for
prices for consensual contracting to import 2 00,000/M/T
soft milling bread
wheat in bulk +/- 5% at
Buyer's option for whole quantity and at
contract price.
As per the
following specifications and
conditions:
First : Specifications:
1-Milling bread soft
wheat - latest Crop.
2-Specific weight:77 KG/HL min. acceptable till
76 KG/HL with
reduction 1% per each 1% and
fractions shall be calculated proportionally,
goods contrary to
that shall be rejected,
determination of specific weight to be on basis
of Schopper
device with capacity of 1/4 liter.
3-Moisture: 13% max. acceptable till 14%.
with reduction of
1% per each 0.5% till
14%, goods contrary to that shall be
rejected and
fractions to be calculated
proportionally.
4-Impurities:1% max. acceptable till 2%
with reduction 1%
per each 1 % upon
exceeding till 2%, and goods contrary to that
shall be rejected and fractions shall be
calculated
proportionally and include:
a-All matters through slot sieve (1mm x 20mm)
b-Foreign matters:
All foreign matters from wheat such as stones,
earth, straw, weed seeds including scabiosa,
centaura cyanus and
insects
in all their
different stages whether live or
dead, whole or part of them and other species
except barley in all
its kind and Trilicale.
c-Damaged wheat:
shall include whole wheat grains and their parts
completely damaged and became non useful,
completely infested grains
completely colored
shall be considered as impurities as well.
5 – Defects: 4% max. acceptable till 5% with
reduction 1% per 1% till
the 5% and goods
contrary to that shall be rejected and fractions
shall be calculated proportionally and shall
include the following:
a- Shrunken and broken grains: wheat grains
and their parts through
slot sieve (1.7mm x
20mm) during 30 vibrations.
b- Unsound wheat grains: frosted, infested by
Eurygaster integriceps
or immature
grains(green), prtly worm eaten and sprouted grains and
grain coloured from head to slot is considered
from defects(black
bonds)
c- Grains
infested by Eurygaster integriceps: 1% max. acceptable till
1.5% with reduction 1% per each 0.5% till 1.5%,
discrepant goods shall
be rejected.
d- sprouted
grains 1% max. dicrepant goods shall be rejected.
e- Barley in all
its kinds, species and wild barley.
f- Triticale.
6 - Protein: 11.5% min. on the dry matter
basis of (N X 5.7)
acceptable till 11% with
reduction 3% per each 1% protein and goods
contrary to that shall be rejected and fractions shall be calculated
proportionally.
7 – Falling number: 250 / second min. and
discrepant goods shall be rejected.
8 - Goods in which nuclear radiation exceeds
150 becquerel shall be
rejected, i.e.
acceptable till 150 becquerel.
9 – Sound wheat with natural odor and free
from rot and lumps and
live insects in their
stages, fit for human consumption and not
discrepant to decisions and laws of agriculture quarantine.
10 – Origin of
goods: Black sea countries (Russia, Kazakhstan,
Ukraine…) , EU, Australia, Argentina, America
or any other origin to
be mentioned in the
offer.
11 –
Buyer shall not be obliged to pay any compensation in case
seller offers better specifications, and no
matter whatever the origin
might be.
Second: Prices
1-prices to be
provided on basis of CFR
free out
2-Prices to be subtrritted in Euro only
Third - Packing:
in bulk
Fourth
- shipment:
1 –
Supply of the quantity of 200,00 / M / T +/-5% st buyer’s
option shall be effected within three months
from date of opening and
confirming the
documentary L/C.
2 – In case of partial confirmation, period of shipment shall be
specified in conformity with the confirmed
quantity at Buyer’s option.
3 – Partial shipment shall be allowed not less
than /20,000/M/t for
each shipment +/- 5%
excluding balance of the contract it could be
less than 20,000t
