FLORANA TROPICAL FLOWERS
We are a Flower Farm Located in Ecuador. We have
been working successfully in the production and commercialization of
roses for five teen years.
With the purpose of
diversify the product’s line; Florana Farms S.A began some months ago
with the production and commercialization of tropical flowers:
- Foliage: Leather Leaf, Cordelyne leaf and tip
(red, green, bronze, yellow, purple), Marginata (Green, Colorama,
Tricolor), Song of the India, Toquilla Palm, Fenix Palm, Croto leave and
tip, Diafanbachia, Mingfer, Massangeana.

Anthurium: Tropical, Senator, Pistache, Sonnate, Linda de Mol, Simba,
Lambada, Aphrodie, Acropolis, Merengue, Fantasia, Passion. We hve
varieties in different colors and sizes (red, pink, white, green,
bicolor, etc)
- Heliconias: Gran Mama,
Wagneriana, Rostrata, Gran Papa.
These are the
varieties we have at the moment, but as Florana works according to
client’s demand, we have begun our process of growing and we are sowing
birds of paradise, Musa, ginger, maracas, heliconias, Arecca Palm and
other more varieties the market demand.
FLORANA TROPICAL FLOWERS AND THE COMMUNITY
It is very important for us you know Florana
Tropical Farms is more than a Flower Farm.
Florana Tropical Flowers is a project in which we are committed with
Pedro Vicente Maldonado´ s Community (the place where our Farm of
Tropical Flowers is locates). We give free education, accommodation, and
food to the people who leave near the farm.
We
are also working with the goal to preserve the environment, preserving
the native plants and using biological products for the production of
tropical flowers.
COMERCIALIZATION
We work exporting all around
the world. We sell our product on halves or quarters of solid, mixed and
bouquets presentations.
