procedimiento
1. Buyer issues ICPO with bank information to
Seller.
2. Seller provides, within 24-48
hours after get the ICPO, the Draft Contract which will have details of
farm house where the tank is
stored, the
tank receipt number and the farm officer details.
3. Both parties lodge signed Contracts with
their respective Banks and or Attorney(s).
4. The Buyer issue pre advice of Mt103/23 to
get soft POP bank to bank or full POP if buyer
issues Mt103/23
5. Ownership/Title Deed Transfer and Payments via Swift Wire Transfer
are exchanged Bank
to Bank.
6. The transaction is consummated as contracted.
