DRAFT CONTRACT IN
THE NAME OF THE BUYER.
3. AFTER BUYER SIGNS THE
CONTRACT, BUYER WILL TRAVEL AND MEET THE SELLER
AT THE SCRAP YARD TO SEE THE PRODUCTS ALSO TO RECEIVE THE SHIPPING
DOCUMENTS SO HE COULD RELEASE THE FUNDS TO THE
SELLER AND WATCH THE
SCRAP GETTING LOADED ONTO
BUYER’S VESSEL.
