flowing. Granulation standard fine, Colour sparkling white, Radiation
normal.
PRICE: CIF ASWP USD 175,00 per MT
DELIVERY: Basis delivery is 25.000 MT per lift at
seller`s option, to seller`s approved ports discharge requirement 1.250
MT WWD 1st shipment within 30/45 days from acceptance of L/C other
shipments to be agreed.
PACKING: 50 kg new poly –
lined jute bags
PAYMENT: 100% by prime bank
revolving or standby L/C of a world prime bank.
PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% of letter of credit.
DOCUMENTS: Commercial invoice in triplicate and 5
copies certificate of origin, certificate by the chamber of commerce,
certificate of quality and quantity, S. G. S. or equivalent, packing
list, phyto sanitary certificate, shipment company statement, ocean bill
of lading.
PROCEDURE: Buyer gives notice of his
interest to accept this offer by forwarding a LOI accompanied by BCL
(BCL to confirm amount for first shipment). Seller sends FCO to be
signed by buyer. Upon receipt of signed FCO, seller will send draft
contract. Buyer signs draft contract.
Proof of
Product, Proof of Funds by KTT from bank to bank. Seller issues contract
hard copy. Buyer signs contract and opens L/C which activates Seller`s
performance bond – shipment commences.
