Inquiry of milk powder

I a from Senegal and live in Germany. My brother who lives in Senegal West Africa imported a years milk powder from Brazil and new Zealand. We are interested in importing Milk Powder to Senegal.

The milk powder we are in need must be of the quality approximate Composition serving per 100 grams as follows:
Butterfat (mm ) 26 to 28 grams
Proteins 26 grams
Carbohydrates(lactose) 36 grams.
Minerals 07 grams
Soya Lecithin 0.2 gram
Moister 03 grams
Major minerals and vitamins per 100 grams:
Calcium 950 mg.
Phosphate 680 mg
Vitamin A 2100 IU
Vitamin D3 0500 IU
Vitamin B 2 1.4 mg
Vitamin B 12 2.2 mg
Product must be free from pathogenic bacteria and their poisons. Including the absence of BSE,
as evidenced by the phyto-sanitary/veterinary certificates accompany cargo

Packed in laminated foil packs of 25 kg.
