according to the following specs:
1. Fit for
human consumption “according to international norms for cream milk
powder”
2. Moisture (2- 4%)
3. Fat (27-28%)
4. Protein
(35-37%)
5. Lactose (35-37%)
6. Minerals (5.7-7%)
7.
Lecithin up to 5g /Kg max
8. Acidity up to 0.17%
as lactic acid max
9. Add vitamin A at between
(5000-10000 I.U /100g)
10. Add vitamin D at
between (500-1000 I.U /100g)
11. Radiation
concentrate residue within the limit of (240-280 BQ /Kg)
12. Add one of the standard allowed stabilizers
used in food production, but at a level not more than 5g /Kg maximum,
individually or as a mixture
13. Product must be
free from pathogenic bacteria and their poisons. Including the absence
of BSE, as evidenced by the python-sanitary / veterinary certificates
accompany cargo
14. Total coliform not to exceed
100 cells /g
15. TPC not to exceed 50000cells /g
16. Product must be free from antibiotics
17. Aflatoxin not to exceed the international
limit
