we are
interesting in getting quotations for a small scale dairy processing
unit of about 1000-1500 litres/day capacity. we intend to process raw
milk into pasteurised milk; butter, yoghurt and cheese. we are
interested in getting the quotation for the whole line as soon as
possible. we intend to package the yoghurts in 125ml cups and seal using
aluminium seals: we equally intend to package the butter the butter in
alluminium foil. Our greatest priority for now is yoghurt and butter. We
also intend to package the pasteurise the pasteurised milk in plastic
sachets. In making the list a cold room should be included.
Because of the limited amount of money available
at my disposal (150,000 USD) I will like to get the quotations for
second hand (fairly used) equipment if it is possible. find below a
tentative list what we think is needed. we however count on your
expertise to advise us.
