QUALITY OF FULL CREAM POWDER MILK
Quality should be fit for human consumption for
two years from the production date and one and half year from the date
of goods arrival to the entry point and seller is responsible for the
quality throughout the validity date fixed for goods accordingly.
Specifications of full cream powder milk.
1. Fat: 27 - 28%.

Protein: 25 - 27%.
3. Lactose: 35 - 37%.
4. Moisture: 2 - 4%.
5.
Minerals: 5.7 - 7%.
6. Lecithin: 5GM/KGM (MAX).
7. Acidity: 0.17% as lactic acid (max).
8. The radiation concentrate reside within local
limit 240-280 BQ/KG
(A Becquerel BQ is the unit
of activity 1 BQ = 1 count per second)
9. To add
one of the allowed stabilizers that used in food production not more
than 5GM/KGM (MAX) individually or as mixture.
10. To add the vitamins (A) and (D).
11. The production must have natural physical
test and free from foreign matters.
12. It is
able to use nitrogen gas as a media for packing the milk powder to
maintain the milk structure.

A. The product is free from pathogenic bacteria
and its poisins.
B. Total Coliforms not more than
100 CELL/GM.
C. TPC (Total plate count) not more
than 50,000 CELL/GM.
D. Free from antibiotics.
E. Fit for human consumption for two years from
the production date.
