Hereby confirm with
full corporate responsibility under the penalty of perjury, that we are
offering with full legal authorization the sales of Dairy products:
Powdered milk and butter. (as per the details below).
COMMODITY: Nonfat Powdered Milk (1,5% fat);
Whole Powdered Milk (25% fat); 100% Dairy Butter (72,5% fat); 100% Dairy
Butter (82,5% fat).
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:
20000 KG (+/-5%) per month (20” Sea Container).
QUANTITY EXTENTION: up to 2,000 MT per month.
PACKAGE: In 25 kg paper craft bags for Powdered Milk and 20 kg Carton
boxes for Butter.
PRICE PER METRIC TONN: on
request for destination.
INCOTERMS: C.I.F.
COUNTRIES OF ORIGIN: Belarus (Belorussia)
TERMS OF PAYMENT: L/C (irrevocable confirmed) or
advance payment
CONTRACT PROCEDURES
1) BUYER WILL ISSUE IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE
PURCHASE ORDER.
2) BUYER AND SELLER LODGE
SIGNED AND SEALED CONTRACT IN THEIR BANKS.

THE BUYERS BANK ISSUES A PRE - ADVISED L/C TO THE SELLERS BANK WITHIN 4
DAYS. (BANKING DAYS)
4) AFTER RECEIVING THE PRE
- ADVISED L/C, THE SELLERS BANK WILL ISSUE THE PB AND POP TO THE BUYERS
BANK WITHIN 4 DAYS.
5) AFTER RECEIVING THE PB,
THE BUYERS BANK WILL ISSUE THE L/C TO THE SELLERS BANK WITHIN 5 DAYS.
6) THE FIRST SHIPMENT COMMENCES WITHIN 30-45
DAYS FORM THE DATE OF THE L/C ISSUE. AS PER SCHEDULE DELIVERY
PRODUCT QUALITY
STANDARD: GOST R 10970 & GOST R 52791.
International Inspection Company at
Sellers/Buyers cost shall inspect Commodity at the port of loading.
International Inspection Company shall issue an inspection Certificate
of quality and quantity for each shipment to certify that the Goods are
in good order and condition and being conform to the specifications
herein stated.
